This slide presents data indicating an increase in calls over the past five years.

In 2016, there were 816 calls responded to. From 2015 to 2019, a total of 4,766 calls were addressed, averaging 953 calls per year. From 2020 to 2024, the total number of calls was 6,625, with an average of 1,335 calls per year.
The number of available and responding firefighters has remained approximately the same, with an average annual increase of 382 calls.
Additionally, over 3,000 inspections, system tests, fire alarm reviews, equipment inspections and maintenance, and associated administrative tasks are managed and provided collectively. This is done while maintaining and improving the building to ensure it is functional, healthy, and welcoming to the community.
